A funny flan full of good vitamins! From 10 months.

Ingredients:

80 g cooked green beans
40 g canned corn kernels (drained weight)
80 g of cottage cheese
1 egg
1 pinch of salt.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (6/7). In the bowl of the blender, place the green beans and corn kernels and reduce to a puree. Add the whole egg and cottage cheese, salt, mix another 1 to 2 seconds then pour into a ramekin. Put it in a dish half filled with water and put it all in the oven. Cook for 18 minutes in a bain-marie. Serve hot.
