The sweetness of the pear combined with the light spiciness of the goat ... a recipe discovering flavors. From 1 year old.
Ingredients:
- 25 g of fresh goat's cheese (Petit Billy, Rocamadour little ripened ...)
- 50 g of cottage cheese
- 1 quarter of ripe pear
Preparation:
Peel and seed the quarter pear and cut it into cubes. Pour them into the mixer bowl with both cheeses and mix for a few seconds until a smooth cream is obtained. Pour in a plate and serve with bread or raw vegetables. This cream can serve as an introduction to the taste (still discreet) of goat cheese.
